    Benjamin and Margaret had at least eight children: four boys and four girls. Benjamin and his family moved to Union County with brothers Joseph and Isadore in 1827. Census records indicate that they were not in Union County during the 1840 Census. Many of their children were in the household Joseph and Elizabeth Gough during the 1840 Census. Many assumed that they died between 1830 and 1840. I don't believe that they died in Union County but moved along to Hancock County, Illinois
