Notes - Earlene (Goff) Mitchell Scotts Hill, TN - Services for Earlean (Goff) Mitchell, 94, will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, July 7, 2008 at Reed's Chapel-Scotts Hill with J. Walker Whittle officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery.
Mrs. Mitchell died Saturday, July 5, 2008 at Decatur County General Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry N. Mitchell and a sister, Melba Faye Hughes.
Surviving are a son, Neal (Lucille) Mitchell of Lexington; two grandchildren, Kimberly (Tim) Douglas and Amanda (Jake) Comstock and three great-grandchildren, Zachary Douglas, Vallie and Cade Comstock.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday from 4;00 PM till 9:00 PM and Monday, 10:00 AM until the time of service.

Mrs. Earlean (Goff) Mitchell, age 94, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2008 at Decatur County General Hospital. Funeral services were held Monday, July 7, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Reed’s Chapel - Scotts Hill with J. Walker Whittle officiating. Interment followed in Liberty Cemetery.
Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her son, Neal (Lucille) Mitchell of Lexington; grandchildren, Kimberly (Tim) Douglas, Amanda (Jake) Comstock; great-grandchildren, Zachary Douglas, Vallie and Cade Comstock. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry N. Mitchell; and sister, Melba Faye Hughes.
