      Crossing the Dark River; Henderson County, Tennessee, Obituaries; 1827-1950 p. 478 GOFF, Mrs. A. L. (The Lexington Progress, October 2, 1942) Dies in Bells: After an illness of long standing, Mrs. A. L. Goff died in her home in Bells September 25, 1942. She was reared in Henderson County and about twenty-five years ago, with Mr. Goff moved to Bells. Mr. Goff died about 12 years ago. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. C. M. Nunn of Bells, Mrs. W. W. Hay and Mrs. L. S. Austin of Lexington. Interment was made in the cemetery at Bells.
