      > Mrs. Sarah A. Grannan, aged 69 years, died this morning at 7:30 o'clock at her hme in Montgomery following a serious illness of several days. She had been in failing health the past three years complications arising with advance age being given an cause of her death.

      > The deceased was well known and was loved by all. Her endearing trails brought about her a legion of friends, many of whom visited with her during her final illness.
