Ben L Gough Dead.
Frank Grout received a message from Frank Gough telling of the death of the latter's father, Ben L. Gough, in Salt Lake City. Mr. Gough stated in the message that he would accompany the remains to Shelbina for interment. It is expected he will arrive here Saturday.
Mr. Gough was aged about 65 years. He formerly resided here, leaving here for Salt Lake about 10 years ago. Mrs. Gough, who was a sister of Mr. Grout, died in May 1911.
Deceased leaves three children, Mrs. George Hardy, living east of Shelbina, William of Kansas City, and Frank of Los Angeles.

BEN GOUGH DEAD
Ben Gough died at Salt Lake City, Utah, Tuesday of last week. The remains were held there until the arrival of his son, Frank, who lives in Los Angeles, Cal. They arrived here Monday afternoon. After funeral services at the Catholic Church, conducted by Rev. Fr. Ryan, of Monroe the remains were interred in the Catholic Cemetery in this city beside those of his late wife, who preceded him over the river a little over a year.
Deceased was an unpretentious good citizen, who made his home in this city for many years. Several years ago he moved to the West, where he has been until his death. He was about 65 years of age. He leaves two sons, Frank, of Los Angeles, and Win, of Kansas City, and one daughter, Mrs. Geo. Hardy, of east of Shelbina.
