First a bond should be paid off to his brother-in-law Alexander Gough of Upper Heyford. Mentions his brothers Edward & Francis, leaves each 1 shilling, and his sister Ann Mead 2s 6d. Estate in Croton to "my dear wife" Mary. Proved Northampton 29 March 1733 by Mary Southam, widow relict, sole exec. John buried 27 Dec 1732 yeoman.
