      Alice Gough and George Benjamin Gough received a dispensation for marriage from St Agnes Church in Uniontown because of the second cousin relationship

      Illinois marriage records 1763 - 1900 show a marriage between George S Gough and Alice Gough in Gallatin County, IL on 11/24/1874 (Volume C, Page 40). Note the middle initial is "S" rather than the "B" of George Benjamin -a possible misinterpretation of handwriting mistaking an "S" for a "B".
