      John Baptist Gough b. 3-29-1764 St. Andrews Parish, St. Mary's Co., MD, d.
      1835 Perry Co., MO, m. (unknown) he was a Revolutionary War soldier, Pention Application # S16833.
      He moved from St. Mary's Co., MD after the war to Nelson Co., Ky about 1787 which became Washington Co., KY were he lived until 1814 when he moved to Shelby Co., KY, then in 1825 the County of Shelby was divided and he fell into the County of Spencer, then in April 1832 he moved to Randolph Co., IL and in October 1833 he moved to Perry Co., IL.
