W.G. "Jerry" Gough, 64, of Owensboro died at his home. A native of Daviess County, Kentucky, he was the son of Winter West Gough and Zella Mae Nalley Gough. He was the founder of PVF Supply Co. and a member of St. Stephen Cathedral.
Jerry was a past president of Owensboro Jaycees, Catholic High Booster Club and Brescia University Alumni Association. He was also a member of Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce and TPA and active in the St. Vincent DePaul Conference at St. Stephen Cathedral.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Sue Kuhn Gough; a son, Greg Gough and his wife, Tina, of Owensboro; a daughter, Holly McCormack and her husband, John, of Owensboro; eight grandchildren, Hunter, Isaac, Mary Katherine and Austin Gough and Henley, Simmie, Noah and Jonah McCormack; and a sister, Lou Boyd and her husband, Kenny, of Rockport, Ind.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Jerry Gough Memorial Fund, which will fund projects with Owensboro Catholic Schools, Owensboro Catholic High, Brescia University, St. Vincent DePaul St. Stephen Conference, Habitat for Humanity and Hospice & Palliative Care.
