that on or abt. 4/24/1858 A. O. Burch purchased of G. C. Morgan trustee for
the sale of real estate of
Perg. Hayden, dec'd a tract 300 acres called "Tenninson's & Benjamin's Lot"
for $2550.
The said Perg. Hayden died levaing several children, the said Catherine
Burch one of them and a certain Jane C. Burch wife of A. O. Burch being
another.

Peregrine Hayden married first, Elizabeth C Garner on March 18, 1806 in STMC per Fresco. After she died sometime before 1816, he married Cecilia A Alvey, dau of Jeremiah Alvey and Dorothy Wildman. They married Feb 5, 1816 again per Fresco.
