Tracy leaves children, Alana Renee Norvell, Shelby Nicole Norvell and Cody Lambert; her mother, Betty Austin Allen (Kenneth) of Jackson, TN; her father, Dennis Ray Goff, Sr. of Jackson, TN; a sister, Robin Newland of Jackson, TN and a brother, Dennis Ray Goff, Jr. of Jackson, TN.
