Wagner told police he was heading home after drinking at a local bar on Franklin Street. He had a blood alcohol level of .362, more than three times the legal limit. He is in the Vanderburgh County Confinement Center. More charges are pending. UPDATE, 9AM FRI: Vanderburgh County authorities have released the name of the victim in Friday morning's fatal accident on Diamond Avenue. They tell 14 News that 35-year-old Stacy Mabrey of Evansville died in the head-on crash. This is a developing story. Tune to 14 News for complete coverage, and come back to this site for updates as they become available. EARLIER: An overnight fatal accident shuts down a Tri-State road for several hours. The accident happened around 1am CST Friday. Vanderburgh County sheriff's deputies say a white truck was westbound in the eastbound lanes. It hit another truck, killing the driver of the second truck. The wrong way driver was not injured. Sheriff's deputies tell 14 News alcohol may have been a factor in this crash. The accident investigation continues at Highway 65 and Diamond Avenue. Use caution while driving in that area. Sincerely, Mike Stacy Mabrey, 35, of Evansville, was killed Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, in an automobile accident near Diamond Avenue and Highway 65. Stacy graduated from Henderson County High School and was employed with Interstate Brands Corp. Stacy was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed helping others and especially enjoyed spending time with his son, Kyle. He is survived by wife of 14 years, Jennifer (Gough) Mabrey of Evansville; son, Kyle Mabrey, at home; parents, Joyce (Crowder) and Tracy Mabrey of Henderson, Ky.; sister, Tonya Mabrey of Henderson, Ky.; aunts, Carolyn and Shirley; uncle, Bobby; brother-in-law, Jamey Gough; sister-in-law, Julia Gough; mother-in-Law, Jill Terrill of Evansville; and nieces, Emily, Brittney and Marilyn. He was preceded in death by Jennifer's father, Jerry Gough. Funeral services are planned for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2007, at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., with the Rev. Brett Myers officiating. Burial will be held at Poseyville Cemetery. Friends may visit from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, 2007, at Browning Funeral Home.
