    • Donald Louis Thomas, 71, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2004, at Methodist Hospital.
      He retired from the Owensboro Grain Co., was an Air Force veteran and a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.
      Surviving are four sons, _; three sisters, _; three brothers, _; and eight grandchildren.
      Services noon Friday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, burial in St. Louis Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today, with a 6 p.m. prayer service and from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Friday at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Henderson Regional Hospital Foundation.
