    • Father Benedict Joseph Wight performed the marriage of Paul Edward Vize and Mary Catherine Wight. Leo Wight was one of the witnesses. Thomas Leo Wight and Benedict Joseph Wight were the sons of Thomas Noble Wight, Jr and Susan Carolyn Pike. This is a good place to start looking for Mary Catherine's parents.

      In the 1910 Census, Catherine was living as a widow with her daughter, Wardine in Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana. There were 3 roomers living in the home.

      In the 1930 Census Paul Vice was listed as widowed which implies Catherine was dead.

      Catherine Wight Vize apparently subsequently married Carl Pearson. Katherine died in Cook County, Illinois and is buried in Rosehill Cemetery in
      Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Paul and Catherine's child, Dorothy Wardine Vize married Eugene Martin Miley on 17 Aug 1928 in Cook County, Illinois.
