    • The Journals of B. G. Sweet, Sr. were kept by his son C. C. Sweet. Subsequent to his death in 1951, Mrs. C. C. Sweet gave them to her son Ben Guy. Early in 1981, Guy decided that that should be published for the family. The original journals are reported by a family memmber to be in a Carthage, MO museum or Library.
